WHAT TO WEAR?

Dress your best! We recommend black-tie, but if that makes you uncomfortable, wear what fits your style best. Nice jeans are acceptable for guys if you must!

 

WHAT TIME IS THE EVENT?

Doors open at 4:45pm. Everyone must be seated by 6:00pm.

Come early, this gives you time to get checked-in, take pictures, and grab a drink before being seated. 

6:30pm • Dinner is served  

7:15pm • Awards Ceremony

8:30pm • Live Entertainment

Midnight • That's a wrap!

 

WHAT'S THE DETAILS FOR THE CENTERPIECE?

Your table centerpiece is optional. Best centerpiece will be awarded. Get creative and represent your team or business, or just come up with a fun theme.

Centerpieces must be set-up at your table the day of the event between 10:00am and 2:00pm. We recommend lighting your table up with battery operated lights.

Centerpiece specs: 30" diameter in center of table

Stipulations: No open flames, no table runners or chargers, no water features, and no glitter or confetti.
